Job Role: Permanent, Full-Time Client Manager
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 D.O.E.
Area: ST12 9DQ
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm.
28 days’ holiday per annum, plus one additional day per year of service – up to 33 days

About the role:
We are looking for a confident individual who is comfortable with talking with clients both over the telephone and face to face. You will be expected to cover a range of tasks, including booking in collections and deliveries, sending quotations, sourcing parts and tools and coordinating a small onsite team. In your role you will be working closely with the office team, Directors, visitors and the site team.
Once full training has been given, essential Duties will include:
- Be the main point of contact for the majority of incoming telephone calls, initial enquiry emails and onsite visitors for the Barlaston Tool Shed and The Oak Pot Company,
- Putting together quotations, sourcing prices and sending out to the customer,
- Carrying out follow up telephone calls,
- Updating the in-house system with notes,
- Procurement, including sourcing the best price for items and ensuring they are delivered within a timely manner,
- Provide ongoing support to the rest of the office team, particularly the Logistics team,
- Taking payments from customers and chasing outstanding payments,
- Management of a small team, ensuring they are productive,
- Using Xero for both quoting, invoicing and logging of payments (training will be provided).
Other duties may be required.
About you:
- Minimum 9 GCSE’S A* – C Grade (including English, Maths and ICT);
- Competent using Microsoft, specifically Word and Excel;
- Intermediate computer literacy;
- You will be well presented
- Warm, friendly manner.
- Self-motivated;
- Efficient and well organised;
- Time management skills;
- Work to a high standard, showing attention to detail, showing care and thought in all that you do;
- Good verbal and written communication skills with other members of the team, clients and suppliers.

You will be working as part of the office team, however you will have specific responsibilities .
